A 1920s oak footstool with a rattan seat, supported by turned legs and barley twist stretchers on all four sides. Compact and low in profile, it functions well as a footrest or decorative accent in a living space. The hand-woven cane panel is gently dished from use, and the frame displays a rich patina that highlights the warm tones of the oak. A classic example of interwar period vernacular furniture.
