A Victorian storage trunk in hardwood with an oak-lined interior, dating to the late 19th century. The hinged lid features exposed struts and retains the original iron brackets and catches. Side-mounted handles are set within recessed sections, while the lower edge is gently shaped. The timber shows signs of age and historic wear, particularly around the corners, giving the piece an appealing, utilitarian character.
