A beautiful English antique solid sterling silver gilt dish or bowl. It is hallmarked for Sheffield 1928 with the maker being William Hutton. It has been beautifully designed being completely gilded with two cast snake handles. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, just a single tiny pin head sized mark. It measures approx. 4.75 inches (12.2cm) across (snake to snake) by 2.25 inches tall to the top of the snakes. It weighs 106 grams. A stunning piece.
