Cabinet Display Bookcase Fine Victorian Walnut C1870

Here we have a fine quality Victorian Walnut display cabinet or bookcase c1870. As you can see the cabinet has great colour and patina. There is a beautiful figured Walnut top with super colour. There is a concave frieze with stunning inlay and an Ormolu bead. There are also fine Ormolu mounts to the top and bottom of the sides. The inlay is replicated between the mounts and the whole finished with a plinth base. There is further string inlay to the edges of the sides and the door surrounds, this is enhanced by beautiful Tulip wood cross banding to the edge. Internally there are three shleves including the base all of which are covered in stunning Adams blue velvet. A really beautiful example of its type in excellent retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 102 cm high 108 cm wide 34 cm deep.
