Exhibit Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
Circular conical terraced moulded foot with bands of stars, leaves and shells.
The moulding is of a very high, clear standard and very similar to that seen on moulded Baccarat glass decanters from the same period of which we have had a few.
A wonderful decorative piece.
