Superb Camphor wood storage/ blanket box in original antique condition complete with working lock and key. The box is a amazing warm colour, boasting outstanding graining with decorative brass corners and side handles. The lid opens to a spacious paper lined interior which shows some decolouration. Like all antiques there are some imperfections however these only add to the character and charm of this very functional antique storage box. These boxes as often used at the base of beds storing extra blanket , pillows etc and perfect for that however recently they have came out of the bedroom into the main room and used as coffee tables or window seats.
