Victorian All Sterling Silver Nutcrackers Scott Family Crested 1899 Antique 220g

Description

Rare English Victorian antique solid sterling silver nutcrackers. It is hallmarked for Sheffield 1899 with the maker being Mappin & Webb Ltd. They have been beautifully made and engraved with a griffin crest used by both the Scott Family and the Peers Family. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 6.25 inches (16.4cm) long and weigh 220 grams. A very rare and unusual piece.
