A tall 19th century cranberry overshot glass water jug dating to c1880. It has a poring section to the front and tapered sides. Hollow ribbed clear claw handle. Polished pontil.

It is created by rolling the hot glass in tiny pieces of broken glass and then reheated to remove the sharp edges producing a very rustic look and feel.
