Outstanding Georgian Kingwood Travelling Box With Silver Contents

An outstanding George III kingwood travelling box with immaculate brass bound exterior, original fitted interior with full silver contents, hallmarked London 1817. The fine quality kingwood box with brass stringing and bound corners, recessed campaign style brass handles to the sides and Bramah lock escutcheon. The hinged lid opening to reveal an amazing original fitted interior complete with all the original contents. The original navy blue leather and velvet lined and fitted top section holding eleven cut crystal silver topped jars and bottles. Each solid silver engraved or fretted lid with E and a Royal crown to the top along with matching London hallmarks for London 1817. The cut crystal vessels, jars and traveling ink well in perfect condition, matching manicure set on velvet pad to the centre. Jewellery compartment to the lower section and letter compartment to the lid along with makers label for Green of Oxford St, London, maker to the Royal Family.
