Dixon Sheffield Hip Flask

A Victorian silver plated and crocodile skin hip flask with removable drinking cup by highly regarded maker James Dixon of Sheffield. The glass vessel with quality silver plated gilt lined removable drinking cup to the bottom half and matching hinged bayonet locking silver plated lid. The top half of the flask covered in crocodile skin with a small slit view window to the side to see the contents level. Bears the makers mark for Sheffield silversmiths James Dixon, along with clear makers marks; presented in immaculate condition. Keep up to date via Instagram - sturmansantiques. Measures 6.25'' high x 4'' wide x 1.25'' deep.
