Description

A well proportioned antique late 17th century oak coffer. The antique oak coffer has a three panel hinged lid which opens to reveal a generous sized interior with a candle box to one side. To the front of the antique oak coffer are beautiful detailed carvings. Raised on stile feet.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches throughout the piece. There are further marks, dents and loss (pictured) to the top, however, this does not affect the overall integrity of the oak coffer. A great example of an antique late 17th century oak coffer.
