A small sauce tureen made of Old Sheffield Plate. Bearing no makers mark but dating to c1820. Crested to the lid with a Pegasus above a three pointed crown. A highly stylised handle with a fish motif.
The condition is good overall, with no dents or splits. The plating is good order with a couple of stubborn black spots. One ball foot has a small repair. Very clean interior.
