Rare Large Edwardian Solid Silver Jewellery Box, Chester 1910

Description

A superb quality Edwardian solid silver jewellery box of large proportions in the form of a treasure chest, beautifully engraved with imitation straps and swag and bow ribbon decoration, featuring a central vacant cartouche. The domed lid opens to reveal a generous gilded and blue velvet lined interior. Fully hallmarked for Chester 1910 by George Nathan & Ridley Hayes.

In excellent condition, a perfect wedding, birthday or anniversary present.
