Circa 1815. A large double-sided rosewood and scumbled window seat. All upholstered in a Regency style striped fabric, with removable horse hair filled squab cushion. The two scrolling ends with foliate carving on front and back. The seat rail with panels on the front and each side and a ribbed section in the center, resting on four stout turned ring turned fluted legs, finishing on a brass cup and castors, the underside of the frame is braced for extra stability.
