A magnificent set of six French late 19th century engraved wine glasses.
They have round funnel bowls beutifully engraved with fruiting vine and slice cutting to the base. Two facet cut angular shoulder knops leading down to thin slice cut baluster knop. Six pointed star cut foot.
The glasses are unmarked, however we are confident that they are French and also Baccarat.
The stars are all hand cut so no two are identical but the style is always the same. Also the small facet cut angular knops are also seen on Barcarat glass. We have included a Baccarat star cut foot from a marked glass as a comparison.
A wonderful set all in superb condition.
