Stunning Set of Norwegian Solid Sterling Silver Gilt Enamel Salad Servers C1950 Thune

Description

A beautiful set of Norwegian solid sterling silver gilt and red enamelled salad servers. They are hallmarked with the Norwegian 925S standard mark along with the makers mark of Thune. I would date them to c1950-1960. They have been superbly designed and are in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The enamel is perfect. They measures approx. 7 inches (17.8cm) long by 1.75 inches (4.6cm) wide and they have a combined weight of 94 grams. Very well made examples.
