Pair Of 19th Century Ecclesiastical Gothic Brass Wall Sconces

A pair of 19th century ecclesiastical brass wall sconces, the three adjustable rope twist arms with leafy scrolls and upon a circular backplate with rope twist border. Fitted with glass faux candles which are reservoirs that can be filled with paraffin, the cord wicks are lit for burning. These ''candles'' simply slot in to the sconces so can easily be removed and replaced with wax candles, or they could also be electrified.
The sconces are currently mounted on to wooden backplates for demonstration purposes - they are easily unscrewed.
