A Most Unusually Configured Oak Veneered Bureau.

Description

Art Deco style! This is an exceptional piece of furniture. A most unusually configured oak veneered bureau. Dating from the early 20th century this piece has an Art Deco influenced style. The bureau would have been an executive high-end model when it was made. The level of detail in its construction is fabulous. The fall front opens to a well fitted interior with drawers, storage compartments and letter racks. The base has two panelled doors which open to three full length drawers with brass swan neck handles. The whole piece is supported on stylised pineapple formed carved legs. Dimensions- total height 108cm, working top cabinet height 105cm, working open table height 75cm, total width 93, working open width 73cm, closed cabinet depth 49cm and working open depth 78cm.
