This is gorgeous! An Old Sheffield Plated Wine Trolley Coaster, dating from the Georgian period c1820.

The two coasters have gadrooned borders and draught turned bases. The handle features vines. The wheels are spoked and move smoothly. It is overall plainer than the more flamboyant Victorian wine trolleys but reassuringly solid.
