To the top a fabulous round opal with a double knife edge drop suspending another opal
The opals are particularly colourful, with vibrant flashes of pink, green, red and purple
The stones are on an integral gold chain fastened with a traditional barrel clasp
It comes in it's original red leather presentation box illustrated
