French Art Nouveau Liquor Decanter Set / Perfume Caddy C.1900

Description

A stunning antique French decanter set; small decanters perhaps for Liqueurs or large scent / perfume bottles - large for concentrated perfume so would have been more for Eau de Toilette / Colognes.

The caddy in which they sit is a wonderful art nouveau design retaining it's original gilding and hand painted tints to the flowers.

Each of the decanters has a matching pierced or reticulated mounts around the necks; one neck has a stable interior crack, invisible from the outside, shown for accuracy in the photographs. Each bottle has a hand-cut stopper.

A stunning set in very good condition measuring 5 1/2" x 3 1/4" x 9 3/4" tall.
