Circa 1920-1940 a well made, solid brass and copper Ankerlight by Den Haag of Rotterdam. The bubble glass has a soft yellow tinge, lighter than may appear in the images.
It will require rewiring as it has an old electric bulb holder inside, and the price reflects this.
The lantern has been polished and is in very good condition. It measures 25cm in height, 28cm with the handle up, and is approximately 45cm in circumference, and it weighs 0.9kgs.
Den Haag of Rotterdam opened in 1922 and are well known for their nautical items.
