Description

A wonderfully bright old European cut diamond from the early part of the last century set in a contemporary platinum mount. The diamond is mounted in a six claw collet with a scrolling gallery, and is framed by six (three each side) step cut natural rubies to a slim D-shaped shank. A stunning design, beautifully executed.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from IGR (#30310515).

Cut – Old European cut diamond with square step cut rubies.

Colour – I.

Clarity – SI1.

Carat – The diamond is a known 0.81 carat with approximately 0.30 carat of rubies.

Circa – The diamond is circa 1920, the mount is new.

Size – L (UK) or 5.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.

Measurements – The diamond in approximately 5.9 x 5.8mm. Sits 5.4mm from the finger.

Metal – Platinum. Tested.
