A fine 19th-century serving wine bottle or decanters in vivid green. It has its original stopper and has been slice cut to clear on the neck and base. Star cut base.

Date & Origin

England or Bohemia, c1860. Period of Victorian.

Condition

Excellent, no chips cracks or restoration. Clean and clear

Dimensions

Height: 36cm (including stopper) Diameter: 8cm.

Historical Relevance

Hand-blown around the time Queen Victoria chose Ottawa as the capital of Canada on the 31st of December 1857.
