Beautiful Pair of Antique Cranberry Glass Champagne Saucers with Faceted Hourglass Stems

A really beautiful pair of antique cranberry glass champagne saucers with faceted hourglass stems and sliced through flower pattern in the bowl. The bowls are in gorgeous translucent cranberry glass with a five-faceted stem in clear glass and a plain base. A six- petalled flower in clear glass centres each glass, the petals of which have been faceted to the underside. These champagne saucers display considerable skill and craftsmanship, in an antique style which still fits well with modern tastes. In good antique condition, there are a few very minor scrapes and some tiny air bubbles from the period of manufacture. These glasses would make a fabulous wedding or anniversary present.
