Description

A stunning quality burr walnut Victorian Period antique breakfront library bookcase. The upper section of breakfront outline with a rounded cornered cavetto moulded cornice, above four arched glazed doors veneered in beautiful highly figured burr walnut and enclosing an arrangement of twelve adjustable walnut shelves. The lower section again of breakfront outline and with a beautifully veneered top having carved ogee moulding, above four arched panelled door, each with stunning "butterfly wing" matched burr walnut veneers. The base again enclosing further shelving. The whole supported on a burr walnut veneered plinth. English circa 1860-1870

Dimensions: 100" wide x 102" high x 22" deep (12" deep at ends)

Condition: This bookcase is in stunning condition, re-polished in our workshops.

A stunning quality burr walnut Victorian Period antique breakfront library bookcase.
