Description

This is a handsome antique silver plated grapes stand by Mappin & Webb. Their makers mark is stamped underneath. Standing on four reeded bun feet which supports the oval crimped tray. A grape vine protrudes from the tray and has two prongs for holding two bunches of grapes. This is entwined with cast vines and leaves. At the base is a cast bunch of grapes with leaves. c1880 British made. This is sold in original plate with little wear.
