Edwardian curling brooches are thematic pieces of jewellery created during the Edwardian era, typically featuring motifs related to the traditional Scottish sport of curling, such as stones and brooms.

These items were predominantly crafted from sterling silver, occasionally incorporating enamel, marcasite, or semi-precious stones to highlight design details.

Authenticity is typically verified through hallmarks indicating the metal purity, assay office, and year of manufacture, alongside period-appropriate pin mechanisms and construction techniques.

Vintage brooches can be worn on lapels, scarves, or hats, or displayed in shadow boxes as part of a curated interior gallery wall.

Antique silver should be stored in a dry environment and cleaned gently with a soft microfibre cloth, avoiding harsh chemical dips that can damage patination and hallmarks.
