An Antique Edwardian pair of Almandine garnet & Amethyst drop earrings, the earrings are crafted in 9ct gold with a double Almadine and center Amethyst drop to each earring, the drop measures with wire 47 mm, the garnet on both earrings is 4.5 mm and the bottom garnet is 5 mm, the garnets are natural untreated and a beautiful red with purple undertones only seen with Almandine, beautifully set in a collet double claw setting,that catches the light from every angle and with a small Amethyst high-light set to the marquise shape center, stunning earrings in excellent condition through out, date 1910s, test 9ct gold, weight 2.4 grams, come in a luxury box.
