A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a circular medal depicting Raphael’s cherub within an octagonal white gold frame. The reverse shows a relief of wedding bells. Stamped with the eagle mark for 18 karat gold and French manufacture with an unknown maker's mark.
