An 18 karat (18K) rose gold pendant locket with rotating horseshoe design set to one side with an onyx plaque, to the other with an onyx cameo of a horse's head. Opening to reveal a round photo locket to one side. Stamped with the owl mark for French import and 18 karat gold.
