This is a stylish Zanzibar type chest with brass mount decoration dating from the early 20th century. The chest is a good solid construction and an attractive design with large brass studded detail. The lid has a few historic marks as per the age and use of the piece but overall in good serviceable condition with a lovely colour to the polished brass.

The chest is a practical size measuring 75 cms by 39 cms by 35 cms high.
