Beautiful Period Antique Oak Coffer
This beautiful period Antique Oak Coffer dates from the late 17th Century and is full of beautiful charm and character. This stunning Oak carved Antique Coffer is of nice proportions and comes with useful storage. It has a hinged lid with pin hinges and three beautifully carved front panels with with decorative key escutcheon. This early piece of English oak, is of pegged construction, stands on raised legs and comes with genuine charm and character only seen in a true antique. It has aged to a warm Oak shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of oak furniture wax finishing.
