Antique Turquoise Victorian Locket

Description

A rather beautiful natural turquoise locket pendant in silver gilt. Really special and in wonderful antique condition it can hold an image to the reverse. 4.3cms long and 2.5cms wide, or just over 1.5inches long and 1 inch wide. 9.3gms. The listing is solely for the locket, the chain shown in some images is a separate listing. Circa 1870s for a similar one please see this link in Lang Antiques history of Jewellery. Silver and 15ct gold. In lovely condition.
