An amazing, early 17th century period oak coffer, a lovely smaller size and having original carvings, a moulded top decorations, shaped ends with chip carved decorations. Made from six planks of oak and all a very lovely colour. Dated 1613 and initialled. A beautiful piece of early English period oak.
