A chic antique 18ct gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring. A gorgeous mid blue richly hued sapphire sits at the centre of this stylish ring set within a yellow gold rub over setting. Surrounding the sapphire is array of bright white 12 old cut diamonds. The ribbed shoulders add a further element of individuality to this lovely item of antique jewellery.
