A decorative and amusing Late 19th Century Antique German Victorian ''Sitzendorf'' Porcelain ''Owl'' Oil Lamp, the base with underglaze blue ''crossed swords'' Maker''s Mark, suggesting that the piece was almost certainly manufactured in Saxony, by either Sitzendorf or one of their contemporaries during the latter part of the nineteenth century.
