DESCRIPTION
A superb antique 18ct gold cabochon garnet target ring. This ring likely dates from the mid Victorian era when the Etruscan revival was in full swing and strongly influencing design in jewellery. This ring features a gorgeous large central garnet which was one of the most popular gemstones of the period. The garnet is surrounded by a ropework edging and the shoulders feature a lovely beaded design. A part of our antique garnet ring collection.

CONDITION
Good - This antique Victorian 18ct gold cabochon garnet single stone ring is in good condition. The garnet has some tiny abrasions, only noticeable under a 10x loupe. Some of the beading to the shoulders is worn and few beads are missing. Aside from these imperfections, this still remains a gorgeous and very wearable ring in an overall good c...ondition.
