Small Charles II Carved Oak Coffer.

A small Charles II oak coffer, the two panel moulded lid retaining it''s original hinges, above a nulled frieze and three panel front each carved with diamond shaped lozenges and centre rose ,the whole standing on short feet. Good colour and patina, the interior has a candle box and the coffer is in good condition bar old shrinkage cracks in the panels of the lid and a small piece of moulding missing on the bottom rail left.. English /Welsh Circa 1670.
