An elegant Italian gilt framed chandelier with twelve lights in two tiers. The chandelier has a cage frame which is heavily dressed with swags of faceted beads throughout from which hang varying sizes of pear drops, a row of large flat back pear drops hang from the end of each of the swirling arms. Twelve lights in two tiers each holding a cut glass bobeche drip pan from which dangle delicate pear drops. This stunning chandelier has a lovely antique patina and is finished off with a large faceted bottom ball,c1920''s.
