English 19th Century Seaman’s Antique Painted Pine Chest

A lovely original Cumbrian painted pine antique Seaman’s chest with fabulous original knotted leather carrying handles to either side along with lucky charm carved symbols. The sides of this English antique chest taper out for added stability on deck whilst at sea. All in very good condition and even with the original owners name painted onto the front, Martin – Maryport.
