Gorgeous antique 18ct gold sapphire and diamond horseshoe ring from the late Victorian era.This unique antique ring, features a carefully entwined horseshoe design containing beautiful deep blue sapphire and gorgeous old cut diamonds. This antique ring displays a real sense of elegance and style. Set off with white gold band, this fancy ring is an excellent choice for daily wear or a special occasion.
