This antique 18ct gold ring is exquisitely designed in a cluster formation of diamonds, and speaks volumes of history dating from the late nineteenth century. It features a large central old cut diamond encircled beautifully by ten smaller yet no less stunning diamonds, all totalling 0.75 carat and set in platinum. A part of our antique diamond ring collection.
