Description

17th Century English oak panelled coffer. Having a two plank top with iron hinges. Inside has a small boxed compartment. The frieze and front panels are generously carved with detailing such as rosettes, foliage and acorn leaves. Panelled sides and standing on stile feet.

This lovely old piece retains its wonderful rich colour and patination.
