Very good quality early 19th century cuban mahogany coffer

Dating to around 1820 this is a very heavy and good quality coffer

The polished steel key is a feature in its own right .

With solid brass carrying handles and key escutcheon .

The hinges have been changed at some stage in its life .

Would make a great coffee table ( as polished on all sides ) or would looking stunning at the end of a bed in fact could be used in many places in the home

This piece has been cleaned and re-polished and is ready to be placed in your home

H 19.5 inches 49.5 cms

W 44.5 inches 113 cms

D 20 inches 51 cms
