Huge Georgian Antique Oak Bedding Box-Great Quality

A very well made, English 18th century antique oak large scale bedding box that features brass bound edges and large shaped back plate handles to the front and sides. In superb condition, the cleated oak box top opens on original large iron hinges and inside is lined in camphor wood to deter moths and protect fabric. Great size for the end of a bed. English and dating from around 1780.
