A colonial camphor campaign trunk the perfect coffee table size being 101 cm wide by 51 deep and 49 cm high. A good top with lovely grain and colour having all its original cappings and strapping (All attached with flush brass screws rather than pins as many are)

Brass military style flush lid pull, central unmarked owners cartouche and lock escutcheon.

WORKING LOCK AND KEY

Original heavy brass side carrying handles and brass hinges. Chain lid stay. An excellent camphor aroma internally when the lid is lifted. Naturally there are marks and stains from 'Up country' use.
