English 18th Century Antique Figured Elm Mule Chest

This is a beautiful, Georgian antique mule chest made in a more interesting timber being figured elm that has lovely graining and is a wonderful colour. It is in superb, original condition and features a lift up lid with original iron hinges, there are two drawers at the bottom, these have the original brass swan neck handles and keyhole covers and the mule chest stands on shaped bracket feet. A lovely, useful Georgian antique elm storage piece that dates from around 1780.
