An attractive antique 18ct gold sapphire and diamond five stone half hoop ring. A beautiful antique 18ct gold sapphire & diamond 5 stone half hoop ring. Intricate yet understated, this vintage ring demonstrates 1920s craftsmanship while capturing the glamour of sapphires and diamonds. The result of the replacement sapphire is a multi-tonal blue set of stones on a backdrop of 18k yellow gold, adding a captivating new depth to the traditional piece.
