Description

Antique 17th century country oak coffer chest and dating from around the time of the cromwellian period c1640. It has a plank top with moulded edge and with three moulded panels to the front. It has its original loop iron hinges and candle box to the interior. It has plank sides and a single plank back. Stands n stile feet.

In very good condition with a lovely deep nut brown colour and patination to the oak oozing the charm and character of the period.

Measures: 27" high X 21" deep X 48" wide
